Holiday Closures

Your library will be closed Monday, May 29, 2017 for Memorial Day, a day where we are to remember those who have gone before us.  We wish to especially remember those who have served in the armed forces, protecting our liberty.  If you happen to know or see a Veteran, tell them "Thank you for your service.  It is greatly appreciated."

We will also be closed on July 4, 2017 to celebrate Independence Day.

The library will also be closed for Labor Day September 4, 2017.

Thanksgiving day and the day after are holidays observed by the library.  Therefore, Thursday, November 23 and Friday November 24, 2017 the library will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Spend time with your family and give thanks for the blessings you have received.

The library will be closed for the Christmas holiday on Monday, December 25, 2017.

New Years Holiday will be observed on Monday, January 1, 2018 with the library being closed.  Have a safe and happy new year.

If you would like to find out more about these holidays, stop in to your 21st Century Library to research the history as to how these dates became national holidays.
